Managing Director

As the founder Managing Director of the Adarsha group he brings with him over 28 years of experience in Electrical industry. He started his carrier as an electrical engineer in 1986. He was with Epoch Instruments as a service engineer. Subsequently in the year 1993, Adarsha group was formed, when he identified the opportunities in electrical Industry. Under his leadership the group business expanded from Automation panel integration, to manufacturer of LV switch boards, Currently he is responsible for overall management, Strategic planning & business development of the group.

Director Sales & Marketing

Founder Director of Sales & marketing of Adarsha Since 1993. He started his carrier as an Trainee Electrical engineer, in Birla Cements for 3 years and later on Joined a Valves manufacturing company M/s. Fouress Engineering. Currently he is responsible for sales and technical aspects of the Group's core business & LV switchboard manufacturing.He is also responsible for all overseas businesses in the Asia Pacific/Middle East region and product developments. Over the last 20 years, he has built a strong reputation in the industry with vast experience in local and regional market.

Mr. Ramakrishna.M

Director Operations

Founder Director of Operations and is been with the group since 1993. He started his carrier as an electrical design engineer with M/s. Power gear Pvt Ltd and later on with M/s. Dhandapani Co Ltd, as an In -charge of panel manufacturing shop. He has more than 26 Years of experience in the field of design & manufacturing of LV switch boards. Currently he is responsible to integrate manufacturing, QC/QA and Servicing departments to form a complete operations team of Adarsha Group. He is also part of policy formulation & execution for the company's growth.

Director Low Voltage Business

Joined Adarsha in 2012 ,started his career in 1986 as Electrical Engineer , worked with NGEF LTD , ABB LTD , SIEMENS LTD with 30 years in the industry , has comes with rich international experience of 12 years with SIEMENS AG Germany as General Manager Projects, handled of Power projects in South East Asia , Australia, Middle East and Germany.He is also responsible for all overseas businesses in the Asia Pacific, explore new markets in the region and product developments.
